Not every day goes as planned and today wasn't the exception. Today I had to work overtime and the gym was about to close by the time I finished all I had pending in the office. I didn't get over stress about it. One day out of the gym won't affect my goals. I'm using this opportunity to take some extra recovery/rest that my body can benefit from. Remember that for most of us bodybuilding is a hobby not a job. HOW TO LEG PRESS by @apfau - Many machines and exercises can be tweaked to target different areas of your muscles. Here is an example on the leg press. Depending on where you place your feet on the leg press you can target different areas of your legs. As shown in this picture if you place your feet higher up you'll target your glutes and hamstrings more. If you place your feet lower it targets your quads more. Further if you place your feet closer together it will hit your outer quads and if you place your feet wider it will target more of your inner quads. You can also use the leg press for calf raises as well. - That's a pretty wide range of potentially targeted muscles for only one machine. You'll see people doing all of these variations in your gym but more likely than not they aren't doing it with any real purpose in mind but just placing their feel where they feel comfortable.
